TRACKING
You may track your order here.
If your tracking number can't be found at the moment please wait patiently. The tracking information will be displayed within 3-5 days after the shipping company has sent out the package. If it's not available in the carrier's system yet, you may check back later.
PROCESSING TIME
Our processing time including order verification, crafting, assembling, quality check, and packaging will be up to 1-3 business days before shipping.
*If you choose the priority processing option (EUR 2.95) it will be shipped the day after it is purchased.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE
Please note that these delivery times count from the time your order leaves our warehouses. The processing time for orders is 24/72 working hours. The processing times and delivery times may be altered by holidays, in summer and Christmas, or due to causes beyond EcoInnova's control.
Note: We have recently been surprised by an unexpected volume of sales and are unable to process orders as quickly as we would like.This situation can result in orders taking 3-5 working days to leave our warehouses.
